We are a custom home building, light commercial, remodeling, and development company established by Jack Lazaro in 1959. Sons John Jr. and Paul along with daughter Sherry carry on the family business.

In 1959, Jack Lazaro began his business determined to build “the highest quality custom homes in the Indianapolis area”. Fifty years later, sons John and Paul continue the family tradition of creating unique, one of a kind homes, home additions and renovations, using the highest quality and craftsmanship standards passed down to them by their father.

We build in Indianapolis and its surrounding Central Indiana counties, including the cities of Avon, Brownsburg, Danville, Plainfield, Mooresville, Zionsville, and Carmel.

Where we Build

We can build in most subdivisions or on your own plot of land. We currently offer building sites in the Parks at Prestwick in Avon and in three exclusive J.R. Lazaro Builders neighborhoods throughout Hendricks County with convenient access to shopping, Downtown Indianapolis and Indianapolis International Airport.
